Amé and you ships worldwide.
As a pre order company, from the moment the order is placed until we ship it, there is an estimated period of 12 to 15 working days (if delays happen we will contact you via email)
We work with an express delivery system, once the shipment is processed we will provide you with the tracking number so you can see the state of your order. Delivery days may vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are charged in full when placing the order. Depending on the delivery address these may vary. Amé is not responsible for additional customs charges.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
If for any reason it is not what you expected, do not worry, you can return your products within 14 working days after receiving your order. Follow this next steps:
1.Fill in the following form: Return Form
2.Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label*
3.the products to be returned must be in perfect condition with labels and original packaging.
*There is a fee for each return that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
If you want to make an exchange for another size or garment, you must make a return and place a new order. Send an email to be@zoco-lab.com and we will be happy to attend your request.

AMÉ is an abbreviation for the founder’s three most important women. Amalia, her mother, and her two sisters, Margaux and Eugenia. Her primary source of inspiration.
Amé is shaped by the founders’ desire to combine paint, literature, and the audiovisual world. The goal of this project is to connect various art disciplines in order to create an innovative exhibition method in which the clothes transform into a mobile gallery.
AMÉ focuses on bringing art that is somehow distant from our daily lives closer to us in the form of clothing, developed through the inspiration of pieces of art and moments that transport us to magical places.
