ABOUT THE PRODUCT
250ml – Llàgrimes del Canigó’s boletus oil is made with olives of the Argudell variety grown in fields of the Alt Empordà. When extracted cold, it achieves a flavor rich in aromas and very balanced, which makes it a premium extra virgin olive oil. Together with the boletus it adds a flavor of autumn mushrooms that makes it a perfect companion for all kinds of gourmet recipes, especially risottos, pastas, sauces or quiches. No artificial flavorings. To elaborate the boletus olive oil they only use mushrooms collected in the Pyrenees and Pre-Pyrenees, mainly in the Albera area (Alt Empordà, Girona).
