250ml – Llàgrimes del Canigó’s spicy chilli, garlic and pepper oil is made with extra virgin olive oil from olives of the Argudell variety grown in fields of the Alt Empordà. When extracted cold, it achieves a flavor rich in aromas and very balanced. Together with garlic, peppers and cayenne it adds a spicy, intense and seasoned flavor that makes it a perfect accompaniment for pizza, pasta and meat, although it can be used in all kinds of recipes. No artificial flavorings added. The secret of the spicy oil is the perfect balance between the bird’s eye chili, one of the hottest peppers, and the garlic from the garden of Jesus’ father (located in Agullana), who has been planting his garlic from Banyoles for more than 40 years. In addition, the selection of peppers that is added to the extra virgin olive oil (black pepper, white pepper, allspice, pink pepper and green pepper), gives it that special touch that your palate likes so much.
