Even though we are in charge of free shipping, if your order goes through any customs, we will not be responsible for the additional costs that this entails. All applicable customs and import duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Some countries may require additional fees. These fees are paid to the local company and are not collected by ZOCO LAB or FLAMINGO.
RETURN POLICY:
Any Flamingo product can be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Just send us an email at be@zoco-lab.com and we will inform you of the next steps.
Keep in mind that the costs of returning the package to our warehouse, both with the transport company and with the post office, are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the item has been received and when the return has been approved and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount to be returned in the same payment method that you used. The amount you will receive will be the cost you paid for the product less the shipping cost generated by the return.
Important: The amount will be reflected in your account, within a maximum period of 14 working days from when we receive the notification of return/withdrawal by the consumer.
