All Baudesson pieces are shipped anywhere in the world via DHL. For orders placed in Madrid, they can be delivered by hand for free.
Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed and within the following hours: Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Orders placed outside these hours are processed the next day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Once the order is placed, an email is sent to confirm the purchase. Given the delicate process involved in each piece, a confirmation email will also be sent when the order has been sent to its recipient. In the pre-order items, the range of days that it usually takes to prepare is specified, and you will be informed when it is ready and has left for its destination.
Please note that customs charges and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
The shipping cost will be indicated when placing the order according to the country of destination.
Baudesson is not responsible for any delay in orders due to delay in customs clearance or payment transactions.

The procedure to return an item purchased in our online store is as follows:
1.Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing about the return and the item. Report the reason for your return, it helps us improve and grow thanks to the collaboration of our customers. Make sure you are within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period of 15 days, we cannot guarantee a refund.
2.Items must be returned in their original condition and properly packaged. In its original condition, along with any and all accessories included in the original package, and may not be used, cleaned or damaged in any way.
3. Contact an authorized courier service or the local post office and send the package to this address: Calle de la Orquídea 43, 28109, Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain. If you want us to take care of the collection, request it, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. It is the same price as shipping costs.
Once the return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the same method used for the original payment. Until we receive the item, it is the customer’s responsibility.
In the event that Baudesson has mistakenly sent a different item to the one requested or that the quality of the product received is not acceptable, please contact us at email@example.com to organize the return and/or exchange. In these cases, Baudesson will bear the shipping and return costs.
For special offers, where shipping is free, the customer will bear the cost of return shipping if necessary.
Returns with unpaid shipping costs will not be accepted.
