SHIPPING POLICY:
Peninsular Spain: 15 business days. All orders are sent by courier with tracking number and delivery confirmation by signature.
International customers: 15-20 business days. Although your order will be sent within the deadline, international delivery handles times associated with customs that may be unpredictable so we cannot guarantee the time it will take for your item to arrive. For delays of this time in shipping, contact your local customs office.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES:
Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for the fees incurred.
We do not refund packages lost in transit. We cannot refund or replace stolen packages or unrecovered packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and secure.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued when returned and will incur a forwarding fee.
International Shipping will cost from 15 euros to 25 euros depending on the country. The final rate will appear during checkout.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
Write us at be@zoco-lab.com and we will indicate the steps to follow in case you wish to return an item. The jewels must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding label and ticket. The return of earrings is not accepted for hygiene reasons. As well as the return of personalized items will not be accepted.
To request a refund, you must first have received the merchandise.
In the event that the size of your item is not adequate, there is no problem in making a change, but in this case the shipping costs will be at your expense. As we don’t want that happen, we have a size guide on each product to help you find your size without difficulty.
The deadline for any change and / or return is 14 days from the date of receipt.
Once the return is approved (the article must be in perfect condition and have the internal labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days
Rígido.es reserves the right not to make the returns communicated effective within 14 days of delivery, or of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent.

Rigido is a jewelry studio based in A Coruña, Spain. Our jewels are the result of artisan production based on the durability and quality of the materials. Each rigido piece is meticulously handcrafted while respecting the nature of the materials and employing traditional techniques.
The project is fundamentally based on a slow-made culture, rejecting the concept of mass production in order to elevate artisan work where quality trumps quantity.
