REFUND POLICY:
Returns are not allowed under any circumstances. Only changes in size or changes for another item in the collection will be accepted.
It is essential that the changes are made in the same state in which they are received: inside the original packaging, with the label and in good condition. If the garments are received in poor condition, the company reserves the right to decide whether to make the change. We ask that you pay special attention to makeup stains, aromas, snags, wrinkles… Since we work with delicate materials. Returns of swimwear under any circumstances or discounted items are not accepted.
We will be very strict with this policy since WEYHOOD is responsible for all your orders leaving the warehouse in perfect condition. We are a small company and we put all our care and attention into sending you your package, so each item passes a strict quality control.
