In 2017, Atelier Mélange was launched. Atelier Mélange is a modern bag brand based in Istanbul, Turkey. Their designer team consists of Seda Hancioglu and Ayca Pelvanlar. Deconstructivism, one of the most influential movements of the twentieth century, shaped their understanding of design. They try to design products that incorporate a variety of textures and forms. With a post-modernist approach, Atelier Mélange strives to create bold and assertive bag designs. Their main goal is to be remembered as a brand that speaks from Istanbul to the rest of the world by fusing traditional and futuristic elements with a functional fashion concept.
